Spell checking with GNU Aspell

Interactive spelling suggestions for English and Brazilian Portuguese now work directly in the Liteleaf editor.

Liteleaf now integrates GNU Aspell to check prose without sending document text to an external service. The editor supports the en_US and pt_BR dictionaries and presents suggestions where the writer is already working.

Corrections remain interactive: the writer decides whether to replace a word. Project-specific vocabulary can also be learned and stored in a persistent dictionary, which is useful for names, acronyms, and specialized terminology.

The integration validates words in bounded batches, limits learned entries, and preserves authorization checks. It is available in both the PostgreSQL and standalone deployment profiles.

This milestone was delivered on July 23, 2026 and received an additional parser correction for compound Aspell results later that day.
